When you are ready, proceed to the checkout and follow the steps to complete your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee amendments or cancellations once an order has been placed due to our automated processing system.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery usually takes 8–12 business days, depending on your location.

No, all our orders are shipped 100% free of charge — with no minimum order value.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel at any time.

Return & Exchanges

You can return your item within 30 days of receiving it.

Please email us at customerservice@rosendale-london.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and a photo (if the item is damaged).

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, underwear, briefs, tights/hosiery, and certain beauty products cannot be returned.

Yes, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
